Liquid Knowledge Group Contributes to Wyeth's Rise in Training 100 Ranking - 3.31.2006 Contributing to their rise in the rankings was a program developed with the Liquid Knowledge Group. Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Sales Training and Management Development group partnered with the Liquid Knowledge Group to develop a global skill development and certification program for trainers and training managers. The goal was to develop a global performance standards and curriculum that provided a rapid career development path for employees entering into the Sales Training and Management Development group, with skill certification check points at developmental milestones. In addition, the entire curriculum was managed and tracked in the Wyeth LMS (Learning Management System). The effort included the development of standardized competency models, a modularized curriculum with blended learning courses, skill assessments linked to the competency models and a program launch /adoption strategy including branding and rich media communications.
